1. All sales are final on opened or used products
Due to the nature of our products (consumables), we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any opened or used items. This is to ensure the safety, hygiene, and integrity of our teas for all customers.
2. Eligibility for returns
Unopened, unused items may be returned within [14 or 30] days of delivery under the following conditions:
The item is in its original, sealed packaging;
It is not expired or close to expiration;
You have the original proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
Exceptions:
Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”;
Promotional or sample products.
3. Refunds for damaged or incorrect items
We will offer a replacement or full refund (including shipping) if:
The item you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect;
You notify us within 7 days of delivery;
You provide photo evidence of the issue.

4. How to initiate a return
To request a return, please:

2. Include your order number, reason for return, and any relevant photos
3. Wait for approval before sending your item
Important: Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
5. Shipping costs for returns
If the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong or damaged item), we’ll cover return shipping costs.
If returning for other reasons, you are responsible for return shipping.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Dr. Herb is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.
6. Refund processing
Once your return is received and inspected:
We’ll notify you via email;
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
If your refund is late, please check with your bank or payment provider before contacting us.
7. International orders
We are unable to offer returns or exchanges on international orders due to customs, import regulations, and shipping costs - unless the product was damaged or incorrect.
In such cases, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.
